Sanjar Mavlyanov is the Founder & CEO of Moneff, an electronic money institution dual-regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. Its technology arm, Moneff Technologies, builds the payment infrastructure behind it.

He is also a Principal at Prime London, working with companies across payments, cross-border finance and financial services.
